Returns

Do you want to replace / return a product? It's simple!

You have the right to return your entire order or part of it, free of charge, within 20 business days from the date you received the package.

You must include the retail receipt, along with the return form, which is attached inside the shipment, and which you have completed with the necessary details.

Alternatively, you can fill out the return form online by clicking here. *Stating the reason for return is not mandatory but will help us improve the store's operation*.

If your original order was sent with ACS, the return must be made with ACS.

If your original order was sent with Box Now, the return must be made with Box Now.

In this case, simply go to any Box Now locker and type in the 10-digit parcel number written on the package we sent you. Place the parcel inside the locker and you're done!

• Online exchanges are made ONLY for the size and color of the same product.
• Create a new order for the size, color change through our e-shop and mention in the order comments that it is an exchange, choosing CASH ON DELIVERY as the payment method, so that there is no additional charge.
• Size, color exchange is free with partner courier companies.
• Refunds: In this case, you must have selected the "Refund" option on the return form included in the shipment. Your money will be refunded to the bank account you provide if it's a cash-on-delivery payment, or to the PayPal account from which the payment was made, or to the credit card used for the payment, within 8 days from the date we receive the product you returned to us.
