Personal Data
Data Protection Terms
At www.billcost.com, we want you to know and control what data you share with us and what we do with it.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), any specific national and European legislation for certain sectors, the applicable Greek legislation for the protection of personal data, as well as for the protection of personal data and privacy in the electronic communications sector (Law 3471/2006, as applicable) and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).
This text explains, simply but clearly, what data we collect and how we use it.
We suggest you read the entire policy, however, we summarize its most important points here for your convenience:
When you use the Bill Cost e-shop—even for a simple product search—we receive personal data from you such as your IP address and the type of device you use, without these identifying you.
Additionally, by choosing to create an account on the e-shop, you share with us your e-mail address, your mobile number, and your address (optional, if you wish to use it for future purchases). We use this information to secure your account and to communicate with you about matters that concern you.
www.billcost.com wants to make your online purchases better; for example, we provide you with the ability to save products you are interested in to your account (wishlist). We use information from the products you search for, view, and save to show you results that may be more relevant to you and to notify you of opportunities that may interest you.
Through your account settings, you can choose whether you want to receive our newsletters, with new collections, offers, and other promotional activities. For any questions or comments regarding this policy, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at support@billcost.com

If you wish to purchase products, you will also be asked for a mobile phone number and the delivery address for the products.
Finally, you can choose to share with us information such as your gender and age to help us generate statistics about our target audience, and so that we can wish you Happy Birthday, possibly with a small gift.
