7. Withdrawal / Return – Product Replacement

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement
a) in all cases where, due to proven fault of B. Kostaridis S.A., you were delivered products different or substantially different from those you ordered
b) in all cases where there was a defect in the product

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their exchange for another product or products up to the amount of the price you paid or with an additional price if you wish, within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the product

a) in all cases where there was a defect in the product
(b) within 14 days from the delivery of the product

B. Kostaridis S.A. is liable for compensation in case of a defect only if it has been caused by its fault, in which case it is not responsible for slight negligence.

Furthermore, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.). Before any return, it is recommended to communicate with B. Kostaridis S.A.. In any case, return and replacement are possible under the following conditions: 1. you contact B. Kostaridis S.A. on the same day or the next business day to declare your intention. 2. in case of changing the product within 30 days for another or others up to the price or with an additional price or withdrawal within 14 days according to article 5 par. 10 of law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. 3. the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.)

8. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is possible in the following cases:
Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process, you can remove product quantities from your cart by clicking the delete button.
If the electronic order has been completed but the product has not yet been invoiced/shipped, you can call 210 9961812 and we will proceed with its cancellation.
In case your order has already been invoiced but you have not yet received it and wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 210 9961812 and provide your order details. We will inform you immediately about all your options.

9. Order Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The product has been delayed in shipping from our supplier: In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver the order without this product or to suggest an alternative.
The product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available: In this case, we will contact you immediately to give you all alternative solutions.
