Returns - Exchanges

Do you want to replace / return a product? It's simple!

You have the right to return your entire order or part of it, free of charge, within 20 working days from the date you received the package.

You must include the retail receipt, along with the return form, which is attached inside the shipment, and which you have completed with the necessary information.

Alternatively, you can fill out the online return form by clicking here. *Stating the reason for return is not mandatory but will help us improve the store's operation*.

If your original order was sent with ACS, the return must be made with ACS.

If your original order was sent with Box Now, the return must be made with Box Now.

In this case, simply go to any Box Now locker and type in the 10-digit parcel number written on the package we sent you. Place the package inside the locker and you're done!

Remember:

For a return / exchange to be accepted, you must:

  • The clothes must be in excellent condition, unworn, without the special tags removed.
  • Include the purchase receipt along with the completed return form in the package.
  • Send the package back to us within 20 days from the date of receipt, with ACS or Box Now at our expense.

*Shipments sent by any other method cannot be handled by B. Kostaridis ABEE*

Once we receive your package and verify that the clothes are in their original and excellent condition, we will proceed with the refund process for the corresponding amount.

The refund process will be completed by us within 8 days from the date we received your package.

Exchange Options

  • Online exchanges are made ONLY for the size and color of the same product.
  • You create a new order for the size, color exchange through our e-shop and mention in the order comments that it is an exchange, choosing the payment method CASH ON DELIVERY, so that there is no additional charge.
  • The size, color exchange is free with our partner courier companies.
  • Refund: In this case, you must have selected the "Refund" option on the return form included in the shipment. Your money will be refunded to the bank account you provide us if it was cash on delivery, or to the Paypal account from which the payment was made, or to the credit card you used for the payment within 8 days from the date we receive the product you returned to us.
