The Bill Cost e-shop sends its products with partner courier companies and using Box Now Lockers, at your choice.

Orders placed until 11:00 AM (Greek time) are processed by us on the same day, while those placed after this time are processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM (Greek time) and throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.

Shipping with Courier ACS - within Greece: Product deliveries are made in the Attica region and the rest of Greece via ACS within 1-3 working days. Shipping costs amount to €2 per order. Orders of €100 or more are not charged shipping costs.

Shipping with Courier ACS - within Cyprus: Product deliveries are made via ACS within 2-5 working days. Shipping costs amount to €10 per order.

Shipping with DHL - European Union: Product deliveries to countries within the European Union are made with DHL within 2-5 working days. Shipping costs amount to €15 per order. Applies

Shipping with BOX NOW - within Greece: We deliver your parcel to Box Now, and you pick it up at the locker you specified in your order. The service is provided FREE of charge regardless of the order amount.

Shipping with BOX NOW Cyprus: We deliver your parcel to Box Now, and you pick it up at the locker you specified in your order. Shipping costs for Cyprus amount to €8 per order.

For deliveries to lockers near the location that suits you, you can choose Box Now. The service is provided FREE of charge. Here you can pick up at any time of the day, 7 days a week, without any waiting. You go to the locker you have chosen, enter the Pin you received and the locker containing your order opens automatically.

Return via Box Now: If your original order was sent to you with Box Now, the return must be made with Box Now. In this case, simply go to any Box Now locker and enter the parcel number written on the package we sent you. Place the parcel inside the locker and you're done!
